Job Description

Coordinate staff to ensure compliance with the Management Systems Policy (Quality, OHS, Environment, Energy, BRC, FSC & PEFC) in line with the production plan.

1) Act with the awareness of a Production Manager, taking ownership of the factory, employees, and the work, and managing employees.

2) Support the supervisor in determining the company's vision, mission, Management Systems, Social Responsibility, policies, and strategies, and ensuring their implementation.

3) Participate in the preparation of business plans in line with company objectives approved by senior management.

4) Continuously monitor the work performance of employees.

5) Assist the Quality Manager in investigating and identifying the causes of quality deficiencies and errors in products. 6) Reporting on activities and decisions related to handling complaints.

7) Ensuring the necessary coordination and initiating training activities for its personnel.

8) Complying with occupational health and safety instructions and training, risk assessment results, emergency plans, safety and health signs, and practices.

9) Responsible for reporting to the Factory Manager and submitting reports to the manager to whom it reports.

10) Directing and controlling the work of its subordinate departments and personnel, continuously monitoring their performance, and taking necessary measures to increase efficiency.

11) Ensuring the monitoring and control of the production process.

12) Ensuring timely production to ensure on-time delivery.

13) Instructing employees to ensure error-free and complete production, ensuring production complies with the manufacturing card.

14) Informing employees on how production will be carried out and ensuring production complies with plans.

15) During the order receiving process, the order is technically reviewed and approved for feasibility. 16) Ensures that samples are produced when customers request them and monitors their accuracy.

17) Makes the final decision when unit managers are unsure about scrapping non-conforming products.

18) Informs the Factory Manager about production activities.

19) Ensures that all employees under his/her supervision comply with occupational safety rules.

20) Participates in Management Review Meetings as a member.

21) Measures and reports the performance of the processes under his/her responsibility using statistical techniques together with the Quality Manager.

22) Responsible for the coordination and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

23) Ensures that the products scheduled by production planning are released from production on time and in full.

24) Ensures smooth, high-quality, and uninterrupted operation in production.

25) Ensures that all machines operate at full efficiency and quality by controlling production quantities, preventing and monitoring machine downtime.

26) Investigates the causes of machine downtime and informs the department manager so that preventive measures can be taken. 27) Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure that malfunctions are resolved as quickly as possible.

28) Maintain knowledge of new and in-demand products and manage production correctly.

29) Monitor and record machinery that malfunctions continuously or intermittently, and have machine maintenance personnel perform the necessary corrections. Ensure error-free and fully efficient operation of machinery.

30) Maintain order, tidiness, and cleanliness within the factory, throughout the entire facility, and outside the factory, notify department employees and the shift supervisor, and leave a clean facility at the end of the shift.

31) Work in accordance with management system policies and requirements (Quality, OHS, Environment, Energy, BRC, FSC & PEFC).

32) Work in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, directives, and instructions (internal and external).

33) Work in accordance with the Social Compliance Policy.

34) Contribute to risk reduction (BRC, Environment, OHS).

35) Working with a proactive approach and ensuring that relevant actions are taken in accordance with procedures to prevent potential hazards. 

36) Participating in/ensuring participation in training programs designed to ensure continuous improvement.

Competencies

1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics)

2. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position.

3. Good knowledge of Solidworks.

4. Ability to use computers and office programs.

5. Ability to use office equipment and communication tools effectively.

6. Compliance with the rigor and discipline of the food industry.

7. Able to work as a team and be responsible.

8. Ability to develop ideas that will utilize their knowledge and experience for the benefit of the company.
