 If you want to be the “Software Developer” for our Credits Group in tech, to create and manage tools to speed up development processes and manage applications of IT, you may be the one we are looking for.

 Education & Background 

• Bachelors degree in computer engineering or relevant fields 
• Candidates with different seniority levels (0-10 years) will be considered. 
• Experience on one or more items of the following is a plus: Retail Credits, Corporate Credits, Collection & Non Performing Loans, Bancassurance 
• Knowledge of ASP.Net, PL/SQL, C# or Java 
• Knowledge of agile methodologies 
• Excellent verbal and written English and Turkish communication skills 

• Ambitious to learn about emerging technologies and to keep him/herself up to date 
• Motivated self-starter and team-player with strong problem solving and analytical skills 
• Demonstrated understanding of tools and projects from perspective of clients and business 

• Understand user needs/demands and focus on business outcome to develop or maintain codes for preparing needed data 
• Carry out technical design, coding, unit tests and technical documentation activities after determination of compliance 
• Evaluate test results and make necessary arrangements 
• Contribute to the preparation of required standards, preparation of documents and forms and to comply with the standards 
• Monitor technological developments and propose the implementation of those that may be implemented; improve business processes and standards 
• Resolve event and problem records
