Job Description
The High School Vice Principal will support the Principal in leading the academic and operational functions of the high school while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
General Qualifications
- University graduate, preferably in Turkish Literature Teaching.
- At least 4 years of experience in a School Manager Assistant position.
- Proficiency in English (Advanced) and Arabic (Advanced).
- Ability to work on-site.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with educational administration and management practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using office software and educational management systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the school manager in daily administrative tasks and operations.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the school manager.
- Support the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives.
- Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) or other international curricula is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Turkish Ministry of National Education regulations is an advantage
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to school operations.
- Facilitate communication between staff, students, and parents.
- Assist in organizing school events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations.
- Provide support in budget management and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience for students.
- Utilize educational tools and technologies to improve administrative efficiency.
