WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOUR ROLE

  • To provide support to our customers on our e-commerce site according to their requests through the phone, WhatsApp, and live support chat,

  • Following orders through our e-commerce management panel and leave the customer satisfied,

  • Eliminating problems in existing applications and supporting new developments,

  • Contributing to development to cause ideas, to create a better process and a better development environment,

  • Creating culture by using new technologies to be used within the company,

  • Contributing to development to generate ideas, to create a better process and a better development environment,
