What We Are Looking For?

• University degree from Faculty of Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of production planning experience in a similar industry,
• Proficient in ERP applications – CANIAS use experience is a plus,
• Fluent in English both written and spoken- Customer online meetings are held in English
• Excellent command of MS office applications- especially Excel,
• Production & Quality oriented, task-conscious,
• Open to change and development,
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking and communication skills,
• Good in planning & organization, problem solving & decision and able to explain complex situation in simple way,
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Control concepts and tools (finished and semi-finished goods planning, MRP, Inventory and stock control, resource and capacity planning etc.),
• Monitoring work processes and making suggestions for improvement to ensure production is completed within the specified time frames; informing the manager of any errors/nonconformities that occur.
• Highly motivated and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Preparing short, mid and long term production plans and conformance reports,
• Managing production planning parameters in parallel with the changing demand and process dynamics,
• Taking active role in production, following up the orders. Tracking weekly production plan adherence and reporting,
• Communicating with appropriate management in case of unbalanced capacity and demand cases.
• Teams up with in projects and case studies to generate new ideas and making contributions to Planning KPIs by improving planning and control methods,
• Working with the Material Planning and Purchasing team for the stock management of raw materials to achieve On Time Delivery at optimum cost with optimum inventory levels,
• Building a clear communication with customers,
• Identify delay risks and take preventive actions,
• Coordinate with project teams and the production site to resolve potential disruptions,
• Monitor production performance metrics (efficiency, capacity utilization, delivery accuracy, etc.) and develop improvement recommendations,
• Manage production planning and coordination processes for prototype production and special projects.
