What You’ll Do

• Follow and analyze trends, innovations, and key players in the fashion industry, including manufacturers and other brands.

• Design collections and products in line with brand objectives by understanding the target customer profile.

• Hold regular weekly meetings with the Buying team to gather insights on best-selling fabrics, colors, and silhouettes, and incorporate these insights into collections.

• Interpret trends and innovations according to customer needs and preferences.

• Develop designs that align with the brand’s quality and pricing strategy.

• Follow up on fabric requirements for collections and ensure fabrics are sourced and supplied at the right time.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

• Previous design experience in women’s apparel.

• Strong interest in fashion trends, with a strong sense of style and aesthetics.

• Proficiency in creating technical drawings using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Positive, team-oriented, eager to learn, and patient.

• Good command of English is preferred.

• Ability to develop original and creative designs that are aligned with the brand’s target audience.
