Customer Service Rep & Dispatch

We are a small and successful company who are looking for long term teammate.

In this position, you are the first point of contact and a great deal of responsibility. Understand the needs of our clients, and offer services accordingly. Daily follow ups with clients, and daily organizing of operation, dispatching jobs to the drivers.

Ideal candidates will have the following customer service related  
skills: 

Very fluent on English, native preferred, nothing less than C2-C1 will be considered.

• A professional and courteous telephone manner.
• Ability to handle a multiple-lined phone system…GPS system and
  dispatch to multiple drivers.
• Patience and endurance to sit/stand behind a desk all day.
• Able to identify and handle the urgency of each task.
  
• Is detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal skills such as communication, problem solving, and
  organizational.
• Perform a variety of tasks; works under general supervision of the
  service manager.
• General office duties may include filing, sorting, answering phones in a
  CSR role, greeting customers, etc.
• Please note that this job is in US time zone. Only apply if you are willing to work on US Eastern time zone (NY) Possible shifts are 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm Eastern Time Zone.
• It is 45 hours a week, 5 or 6 days a week depending on schedule
  
  

**Compensation**

We are offering $1000.00 for this position, as a contractor.
