Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who will provide operational support to our sales team and focus on customer satisfaction.

• At least a high school or associate degree graduate,
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel,
• Experience in sales, sales support, or customer relations, or willing to develop themselves in this field,
• Able to think analytically and capable of reporting and data tracking,
• Strong communication and persuasion skills,
• Team-oriented, strong in task follow-up, and responsible,
• Customer-oriented, solution-focused, and capable of following up on results,
• Organized, well-planned, and competent in time management,

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving, entering into the system, and following up on quotation, order, and customer request processes,
• Ensuring the flow of information between the sales team and customers, and effectively managing phone and email channels,
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and presenting them to the relevant managers,
• Following up on stock, delivery times, and shipment processes in coordination with the relevant departments,
• Preparing price quotations, following up on approval processes, and communicating them to customers,
• Following up on customer satisfaction after sales, recording incoming requests and complaints, and forwarding them to the relevant departments,
• Checking sales-related documents such as contracts, invoices, delivery notes, etc., and providing support to the process,
• Providing the necessary operational support for the internal processes of the sales department.
