Our Trainee Case Manager Program is a six-month paid internship designed for recent university graduates who are ready to launch an international career. Throughout the program, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience to become a healthcare tourism professional while working in a dynamic international environment.

Successful trainees who complete the program will have the opportunity to continue their careers at MCAN Health as Case Managers.

Please Apply If You:

· Are fluent in spoken and written English.

· Are a recent Bachelor's or Master's graduate with little or no professional work experience.

· Hold a degree preferably in:

o   Engineering

o   Business Administration

o   Management

o   Economics

o   Statistics

o   International Relations

o   or a related field.

· Preferably have participated in an Erasmus Program, international exchange program, or completed an international internship.

· Are eager to build a long-term international career.

· Have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

During Your Journey, You Will:

· Receive comprehensive training to become a Trainee Case Manager in the international healthcare tourism industry.

· Actively use your English skills while communicating with international patients.

· Develop expertise in sales, communication, and patient journey management.

· Gain hands-on experience by working on real patient cases under the guidance of experienced professionals.
