We are looking for R&D Senior Specialist to report to R&D Manager for R&D Center located in Tire.

  JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering Master of science is preffered
• Minimum 4 years of business experience. 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills both within the team and with other teams
• Understanding needs of the market and the customer
• Building and maintaining strong working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders. Understanding of project/product requirements based on standards.
• Experience in medical device development or production is plus. Master of Science degree is plus.
• Experience in ISO 13485, GMP, clean room production area is a plus
• Project management, CAD, tolerance analysis. Plastic material and statistics knowledge is plus.
• MS Office, Solidworks. MS Project and Minitab is plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leading and participating new product projects and executing assigned responsibilities of projects by following design and change management system.
• Identifying and solving engineering problems in projects  
• Ensures that projects requiring expertise are completed on time and within budget.
• Design and development of medical devices and its components
• Design of necessary experiments for medical device product development
• Supporting projects carried out by other leaders when necessary in areas of expertise
• Determining product raw materials, components, essential infrastructure specifications and supplier investigation.
• Preparing necessary technical documentation.
• Reporting anticipated delays to the R&D team leader or R&D manager with solution suggestions.
