What about the role?

A successful candidate will be responsible for sales planning, sales KPI & performance analyses and product allocations.


What you will be doing?

  • Preparation of KPI and performance reports
  • Contribution to monthly and annual volume forecasting by closely monitoring market conditions and sales trends in full compliance with competition law rules
  • Coordination and collaboration with all sales teams
  • Monitor product availabilities and perform SKU/Brand allocations by channel and SM regions using her/his own judgement and evaluation in full compliance with competition law rules
  • Work closely with marketing, finance and supply chain departments
  • Take part in new IT automation projects (including invent analytics)
  • Analyze Nielsen reports, seek for new opportunities
  • Design and follow penetration internal targets
  • Track distributors’ stock level and perform required analyses
  • Participate in internal target setting process in full compliance with competition law rules
  • Follow TADB licence renewals and support information to the related parties
  • Prepare reports requested by top management
  • Ad-hoc reporting


What we are looking for

  • B.A. or B. Sc. degree or MBA in Business/Economics/Econometrics
  • Min 5 years experience in reporting, analysis or planning fuctions
  • Excellent command of English, high command of Microsoft programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Result oriented and open to improvement
  • High interpersonal & communication skills

Preferred Candidate

More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
