We are looking for a Influencer Marketing & Social Media Intern to work in NAOS Turkey Office located in Maslak, İstanbul.
Qualifications
- 4th-year undergraduate student or 1st-year graduate student in a related field
- Available for a full-time internship (4 days a week)
- Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and a good eye for design
- Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic about the world of beauty, digital marketing, and social media
- Curious about influencer marketing and eager to grow in this domain
- Persuasive, adaptable, solution-oriented, and persistent in following up tasks
Job Description
- Assist in planning and managing influencer collaborations in line with brand campaigns
- Coordinate influencer send-outs and track the delivery process
- Help prepare influencer briefs and follow up on content delivery
- Identify new and relevant influencers on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Support the team in social media content planning and performance tracking
- Monitor influencer campaign performance and assist in creating post-campaign reports
- Stay up to date on digital trends, social media platforms, and competitive influencer campaigns
- Provide support in both offline and online brand events involving influencers
- Actively contribute to Gen Z-targeted campaigns and support strategic brainstorming
