Qualifications 

·Bachelor, master or doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry,

·Minimum 5 years of working experience in R&D - preferably in Chemistry 

·Interested in gaining experience in R&D environment, on technology/product development projects.

·Ensuring execution and delivery of agreed plans, using multiple areas of expertise available at site

·Ensuring preparation, testing, developing, analyzing and researching elements (e.g.problems, questions, ideas) in own discipline

·Attracting, leading, coaching, appraising and developing team member

·Open to learn project management skills,

·Good communication and interpersonal skill,

·Should be a proficient user of MSOffice and effective at working as part of a team and meeting deadlines,

·Be fully aware of your specific quality assurance responsibilities,

·Understand and help implement the company values and objectives,

·Excellent command of written and spoken English

·Strong analytical thinking, structured working approach

Key Activities

Job Description:

·Supporting R&D Projects in chemistry, especially specialty coating manufacturing, designing, formulazing.

·Lead the technical projects on “Specialty Coating Systems”

·Work safely, following lab procedures and ensuring high safety standards,

·Lead assigned projects with focus on execution and delivery,

·Conduct the lab testing, performance and application of products,

·Analyse, interpret and communicate results to respective team members/ stakeholders,

·Alignment in Global NVSC and also NCP Coatings working systems

·Validating tools for product performance testing,

·Communication with scientific networks and suppliers,

·Manage the local projects align within the global (stage-gate) and local procedures.

·Expected to evaluate customer complaints, should give feedback and create solutions.

·Expected to work in collaboration with marketing department to be able to create color marketing materials (fundecks&brochures).

·Should check and give them approval in color perspective.

·Supports projects from R&D, Supply chain and/or marketing by providing specific

scientific input
