Position Summary
At OXXO, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to our digital growth.
In this role, you will play an active part in the day-to-day execution of our performance marketing activities, focusing on improving the efficiency and impact of our digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into data, collaborating closely with agencies to achieve targets, and taking fast, insight-driven actions to optimize performance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Taking an active role in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across performance channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, as well as e-mail, SMS, and similar tools
- Managing day-to-day communication with performance agencies, tracking tasks, and ensuring campaigns are launched on time and within budget
- Monitoring key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, and conversion rates on a regular basis, analyzing trends in the data, and providing actionable insights
- Suggesting budget allocation and creative optimizations based on performance results to maximize efficiency and ROI
- Analyzing performance data and preparing clear, insight-driven reports for the leadership team
- Collaborating with the design team to ensure that ad creatives meet both performance objectives and OXXO’s brand standards
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Have 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within e-commerce or retail
- Are experienced in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4, and are proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets
- Have knowledge of catalog management and pixel setup/optimization (preferred)
- Are able to effectively use AI tools for ad copy generation, automation of reporting processes, and creative idea development
- Possess strong analytical thinking skills and can adapt to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Have a good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate with international agencies and stakeholders
