General Manager Designate
About Job
OZ Optics is seeking a senior executive to serve as General Manager Designate, responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across the Group’s companies in Turkiye.
The role will cover multiple companies operating in different sectors and international markets, requiring strong management expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-entity structures.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support strategic planning with financial models
- Manage and mentor management team
- Work closely with senior leadership to support business goals
- Partner with other departments to improve operational and financial performance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement best practices in management
Required Skills/Capabilities:
- Strong management background
- Solid experience with ERP systems and data driven management
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multi-company and international operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and inter-personal skills in a corporate and cross-cultural environment
- Methodical approach and quantitative skills
- Ability to work with little supervision in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Superior regulatory knowledge -knowledge of Free Trade Zone regulations is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task as needed.
- Ability to focus on details.
- Use of Excel at a master level

- 15 years of experience or more
