About Job

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all guest service operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Lead and support Guest Relations, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Front Office teams.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and special arrangements promptly and professionally.
- Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention and services in accordance with hotel standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores, reviews, and feedback, implementing improvement initiatives where necessary.
- Maintain compliance with brand standards, hotel policies, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze guest satisfaction trends.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance service excellence.
- Foster a positive, guest-focused culture throughout the hotel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel or international hospitality brand.
- Excellent command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to resolve guest concerns effectively and professionally.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- EMMA PMS and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
