We are looking for a “Human Resources Manager” with the following qualifications to work in our global business partner.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources management,
Strong knowledge and experience in organizational design, recruitment, training & development, performance and talent management,
Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills,
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken),
Proficient in MS Office and preferably HR systems.
Job Description:
Ensure the implementation of HR strategies in line with group policies and local regulations,
Lead organizational structure updates, job description revisions, and headcount planning processes,
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process,
Conduct training needs analysis, prepare annual training plans, and monitor implementation,
Oversee performance evaluation and talent management processes,
Prepare periodic HR reports and present them to top management.
