About Job

We are an internationally operating real estate development and investment company specializing in branded residential projects. We are seeking team members to join our Call Center team at our Maslak Office.
Job Description:
- Provide initial information to potential customers (leads) about our projects
- Contact incoming leads in a timely manner and direct them into the sales process
- Analyze customer needs and direct them to the relevant sales teams
- Accurately record all customer interactions and data in the CRM system
- Effectively manage lead tracking and follow-up processes
Qualifications:
- Advanced level of Arabic or English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone
- Clear diction with strong representation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and data entry
- Results and performance-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a high-volume call environment
- Strong listening and needs analysis skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
