Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients in the industrial automation sector, including manufacturers and integrators.
- Maintain and expand a strong network of contacts in Turkey, the UAE, and Azerbaijan to generate leads and foster long-term partnerships.
2. Sales Process Management
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client contact to deal closure and post-sales support.
- Develop and present tailored product demonstrations and proposals based on client needs.
3. Negotiation and Deal Closing
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and create win-win agreements for long-term collaboration.
- Ensure alignment between client requirements and company offerings, emphasizing the value of PCBs and automation solutions.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy Development
- Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competitor activities, and uncover new business opportunities in each target country.
- Develop country-specific sales strategies tailored to local regulations, market needs, and customer behavior.
5. Documentation and CRM Management
- Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and reports to support sales activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales data, and progress using CRM tools.
6. Expansion of Sales Scope
- Promote and sell additional industrial products in the company’s portfolio, identifying opportunities in adjacent markets and sectors.
- Actively seek new avenues for business development while maintaining a focus on PCBs and automation solutions.
7. Sales System Development
- Contribute to designing and implementing a scalable sales framework for the organization.
- Establish streamlined processes for lead generation, customer engagement, and performance monitoring to enhance sales efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales of PCBs, industrial automation systems, or related industrial products. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Turkish or other regional languages is a plus.
