Overview

We are looking for an entry-level IT Specialist with strong English skills to join the SESTEK IT team. In this role, you will support our employees with their daily technology needs, such as device setup, user accounts, and basic troubleshooting, while learning from experienced IT colleagues. This position is open to candidates with disabilities. Excellent English is the most important requirement for this role, as you will use written and spoken English every day. No extensive experience is required; if you are curious about technology and enjoy helping people solve problems, this opportunity is for you.

What we expect

•         Provide first-line support to employees and handle their IT requests through our ticketing system.

•         Set up laptops and software for new and existing employees.

•         Manage user accounts and access rights with the guidance of the IT team.

•         Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

•         Keep IT inventory and documentation up to date.

•         Communicate in English, in writing and verbally, with colleagues and partners from different countries.

•         Learn our systems and processes quickly and contribute to the IT team’s goals.

Who we are looking for

•         Good command of both written and spoken English. This is the most essential requirement for this role.

•         BSc or associate degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

•         Entry-level: no specific work experience is required; internship or part-time experience is a plus.

•         Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, and networking.

•         A patient, service-oriented approach and a problem-solving mindset.

•         A willingness to roll up your sleeves, step in where needed, and help the team get things done, even when it falls outside your usual scope

Nice to have

•         Internship or part-time experience in IT support.

•         Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or ticketing tools.

•         Interest in building a long-term career in IT.
