• University graduate from relevant departments.
• At least 2 years, up to 10 years of experience in a Head Waiter position.
• Fluency in English (Advanced) and Chinese (Basic) is required.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
