We are looking for an "Sales Specialist" to join our growing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least an Associate's Degree, preferably a Bachelor's Degree,
• Having sales team or call center experience in the Health, Hair Transplantation or Aesthetics sectors,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English plus German, Italian, French, Arabic, Spanish or Russian,
• Improved communication and problem solving skills,
• Able to adapt to different shift schedules
• Able to carry out relevant reporting processes,
• Have strong communication skills in sales and customer relations,
• Able to use written and verbal communication channels at a good level,
• Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and questioning skills,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Compatible with dynamic work tempo and flexible working hours,
• Giving due importance to corporate identity and brand image,
• Motivated to work towards goals

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Actively using written and verbal communication channels to achieve sales targets determined by the company,
• To provide current and potential customers with information about hair transplantation services and provide correct guidance,
• Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions,
• Taking the necessary steps to increase customer satisfaction,
• Identifying potential customer segments and using effective sales skills accordingly
