Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in menswear manufacturing companies
• Preferably having an existing menswear customer portfolio
• Strong knowledge of Private Label production processes
• Experience in sampling, production, planning, and shipment processes
• Preferably experienced in international markets and customers
• Experience in trade fairs and active involvement in customer development
• Advanced level of English (able to communicate effectively)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and representation skills
• Result-oriented with strong commercial awareness
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under a fast-paced environment

Job Description

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while acquiring new clients
• Receive customer orders and coordinate with production planning teams to ensure timely and quality production
• Follow up on sample development and approval processes
• Manage shipment and delivery processes, ensuring products are delivered on time
• Present new collections and products to customers, prepare price quotations, and lead commercial negotiations
• Manage contract and price revision processes
• Handle customer communication and provide solutions in case of production issues
• Prepare regular reports on customer meetings, order processes, and sales activities
• Represent the company at domestic and international trade fairs and create new business opportunities
