Position Overview
We are looking for a visionary and commercially driven Commercial Director to lead Tieres’ international growth strategy, wholesale expansion, and global brand development.
This role will be responsible for building international retailer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and shaping the commercial future of the brand across global markets.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in premium/luxury fashion, international business development, and wholesale network management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the brand’s commercial growth strategy across international markets
* Build and manage relationships with premium retailers, department stores, buying offices, distributors, and strategic partners
* Identify new market opportunities and create expansion plans for Europe and other target regions
* Lead international business development activities including showroom partnerships, trade fairs, and fashion week opportunities
* Create and execute wholesale and retail growth strategies aligned with the brand vision
* Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making
* Collaborate closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to ensure commercial alignment * Support pricing, collection planning, and product positioning from a commercial perspective
* Represent the brand professionally within the international fashion industry
* Contribute to long-term brand growth, global visibility, and revenue development
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion business development, commercial management, or international sales
* Strong network within premium/luxury fashion retail
* Experience working with international markets and wholesale structures * Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong understanding of premium fashion positioning and brand development
* Ability to work independently and lead strategic growth initiatives
* Fluent English required
* Experience in European fashion markets is highly preferred
