Winter-Term Mandatory Kitchen Intern

We are looking for interns to join the kitchen teams of The Peninsula Istanbul The Lobby Kitchen , Banquet Kitchen and Gallada Restaurant.

• Prepare food in line with training received.
• Follow recipes, food safety & hygiene guidelines, and instructions given by supervisors.
• Maintain food cost and keep breakage or wastage at a minimal level.
• Ensure consistency of food offerings and quality.Adhere to cleaning schedules and the Hotel’s policies & procedures.
