SALES SUPPORT SPECIALISTMarine & Industrial Chemicals

We are a growing company operating in the marine chemicals, industrial cleaning chemicals, and chemical supply industry. We are looking for a motivated and well-organizedSales Support Specialist to join our team and support our domestic and international sales operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing and following up on customer inquiries and requests,
• Preparing, sending, and following up on commercial quotations,
• Receiving and processing customer orders and coordinating with relevant departments,
• Providing daily operational support to the sales team,
• Following up on order, delivery, shipment, and invoicing processes,
• Communicating professionally with domestic and international customers and suppliers viae-mail and telephone,
• Handling English correspondence with customers and suppliers,
• Preparing and maintaining sales-related documents, quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and other commercial records,
• Monitoring customer accounts and supporting the sales team with account-related follow-ups,
• Maintaining accurate customer, product, quotation, and order records,
• Supporting after-sales communication and customer satisfaction,
• Coordinating with purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and finance departments when required,
• Following up on pending tasks and ensuring that customer requests are handled accurately and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good command of English is a MUST – candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English,
• Strong English e-mail writing and communication skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel,
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills,
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly organized,
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously,
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused,
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills,
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative,
• Eager to learn and develop professionally,
• Previous experience in sales support, sales operations, foreign trade, logistics, or chemical industries is preferred,
• Experience in marine supplies, ship supply, marine chemicals, industrial chemicals, or cleaning chemicals will be considered an advantage.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

Fluent/good English communication skills are one of the key requirements for this position.

The successful candidate will communicate regularly with international customers and suppliers; therefore, the ability towrite professional e-mails, understand customer requests, and communicate confidently in English is essential.

Residence/transportation is also an important criterion. Candidates who livewithin our company shuttle/service route or have easy access to the service route will be preferred.
