We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist, to join Purchasing team to be part of our success.

Job Description;

• To make the necessary researches in order to meet all kinds of material and service needs of the company in line with the incoming purchase requests.
• Managing relations with existing suppliers and creating new suppliers,
• By preparing the relevant purchasing forms or contracts; to carry out the entire procurement process from the placing of orders for goods / services to the purchase of materials / services in coordination with other departments,
• To provide the relevant logistics operation in the shipment of overseas orders and to ensure that the correct documents for the customs clearance process are prepared before arrival,
• To follow up payments in coordination with accounting,
• To follow the purchasing processes in accordance with the quality system and to prepare the relevant documents,
• To follow up service and warranty issues with information from production and project after supply,
• Working in coordination with the warehouse to accurately determine the need for materials.
• To conduct market and price analyses, evaluate supplier performance, negotiate favorable commercial terms, and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality, delivery and service excellence.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Three years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing roles
• Preferably used any material management program
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and ability to communicate effectively with overseas suppliers
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially excel applications
