GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Commissioning Administrator  to join our team.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automation, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience in robotic system projects, site operations, and commissioning processes.

• Proven site management experience, at a minimum in a Site Supervisor or Site Chief role.

• Demonstrated leadership in project management, site installation, and commissioning activities.

• Experience managing projects involving consultancy firms and subcontractors, including coordination of their responsibilities and deliverables.

• Proven experience in organizing, coordinating, and managing subcontractor companies and their site teams.

• Hands-on experience in steel structure assembly and installation.

• Technical knowledge of civil works required on project sites, including concrete core drilling, floor preparation, and grouting.

• Technical competence in mechanical assembly and installation operations.

• Sufficient knowledge and experience in electrical and electronic systems to lead teams responsible for automation, system integration, and commissioning.

• Strong team management, planning, and coordination skills.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in reporting, budget monitoring, and resource management.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with ERP systems such as Axapta is preferred.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.

• Completion of mandatory military service for male candidates.

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage site installation and commissioning activities for robotic system projects.

• Conduct project feasibility and site readiness assessments, and coordinate installation, system testing, and commissioning activities.

• Manage site operations, including steel structure installation, mechanical assembly, and the civil works required for system installation.

• Coordinate and supervise site activities such as concrete core drilling, floor preparation, and grouting in accordance with project requirements and technical specifications.

• Lead commissioning engineers and site teams, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure effective coordination across disciplines.

• Organize and manage subcontractor companies and their teams, ensuring compliance with project schedules, technical requirements, quality standards, and site safety procedures.

• Coordinate with consultancy firms, clients, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of installation, testing, acceptance, and handover activities.

• Oversee electrical, electronic, and automation activities, ensuring effective coordination between mechanical installation and control system integration.

• Collaborate with relevant teams on after-sales support activities, including warranty issues, breakdowns, and technical interventions, and develop appropriate action plans.

• Identify and implement technical and operational improvements to increase the efficiency and reliability of installation and commissioning processes.

• Support R&D activities related to the integration of new technologies and continuous improvement.

• Manage project budgets, workforce planning, equipment requirements, and resource allocation, and provide regular progress and performance reports.

• Support team development through technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing, and promote employee engagement.

• Ensure that installation and commissioning activities meet quality, safety, and customer acceptance requirements to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
