GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our company, producing shock absorbers, brake and cooling systems metal parts for the automotive sector located in two GOSB Plants;

We are looking for teammates with the following qualifications;

• Graduated from related engineering departments of universities,

• Preferably 2 or 3 years of experience in quality department in the automotive industry,

• Experience about 8D and other problem solving methods such as fish bone and 5 Why Analysis,

• Experience about automotive tools like preparing PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan and have knowledge for making comment about SPC and MSA studies,

• Having a fluent English both technicially writing and speaking,

• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,

• High persuasion and leadership skills,

• Analytical thinking skill,

• Good at  team work,

• No obstraction about domestic and international travelling,

• Who are/will be residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli Gebze,

• Completed military service for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working on domestic and international customer quality problem solving activitities,

• Taking a role in customer complaint process (8D, using customer portal, PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA revision etc.), action follow-up according to lead times,

• Having responsibility in customer audits and mistake profing activities,
