Senior HR Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to support HR operations for our Healthcare warehouses in Tuzla, İstanbul.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
• Coordinating monthly payroll processes and resolving payroll-related inquiries
• Ensuring compliance with labor law, company policies, and HR procedures
• Supporting managers on disciplinary processes, performance management, and employee relations matters
• Preparing HR reports, metrics, and documentation
• Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Experience in payroll processes and HR operations
• Good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Experience in logistics or operational environments is an advantage
