Cost Controlling Budget and Reporting Manager

 As a subsidiary of Ebara, we are looking  "Cost Controlling Budget and Reporting Manager" for Vansan Makina, which is a leader in its region and in our country in pump systems.

 Job Description

• Coordinate and supervise the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and periodic revisions
• Prepare and analyze budget vs. actual reports; identify variances, root causes and corrective actions
• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packages, including KPIs and financial dashboards
• Perform in-depth analysis of financial statements, profitability, cost structures and operational drivers
• Actively participate in IFRS / TFRS financial reporting processes, including period-end closing and financial statement preparation
• Manage and coordinate the year-end audit process, acting as the main point of contact with external auditors
• Ensure consistency and reconciliation between management reports, statutory accounts and IFRS financials
• Utilize Power Pivot, DAX and Power BI to improve reporting accuracy, speed and automation
• Support continuous improvement and standardization of budgeting, reporting and financial analysis processes
• Work closely with accounting, operations and other departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment
• Contribute to the development of data-driven decision-making culture within the organization
• Experienced in ERP programs, with SAP experience, and having taken part in SAP integration processes
• Conduct standard cost calculations and update cost structures
• Analyze production costs, variances, and profitability by product, department, or project

 Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost controlling, cost accounting, budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), reporting, and IFRS-based financial reporting,
• Strong knowledge of IFRS / TFRS and management reporting practices
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Power Pivot and DAX
• Experience in Power BI for management reporting, dashboards and data visualization
• Previous experience in Big 4 audit or advisory firms is a strong asset
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is an asset
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and financial modeling skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
