About Job

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant on behalf of our internationally-based global business partner operating in the agriculture sector, for whom we provide consultancy services. 

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university,
  • Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken form with global teams,
  • Solid experience supporting senior executives, including administrative coordination and process management,
  • Proven experience managing complex travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and logistics,
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills,
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple calendars and stakeholder priorities simultaneously,
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, able to take initiative and respond effectively to changing demands,
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills,
  • Collaborative mindset, contributing positively to a professional and inclusive office environment,
  • Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); experience with travel management systems is an asset,
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information,
  • Residing in Antalya/ able to reside in Antalya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to Managing Directors,
  • Managing Executives’ daily and weekly calendars; planning and following up on meetings, travel arrangements, and business action items,
  • Organizing end-to-end travel processes for executives and their teams, including visa applications, flights, accommodation, and transfers,
  • Providing administrative assistance to the relevant departments as required,
  • Organizing internal and external company meetings as well as corporate events,
  • Completing necessary presentation and reporting preparations prior to meetings,
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports requested by the executives,
  • Ensuring continuous coordination by maintaining close communication with executive assistants of the Turkey team, the Netherlands Head Office, and other international affiliates,
  • Supporting internal communication processes and coordinating information flow across departments, 
  • Managing vendor communication, quotes, logistics, and on-site coordination for events.
