Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out sales activities for the product group, for which you are responsible, in line with company targets
• Acquiring new customers and developing the existing customer portfolio, as well as conducting customer visits
• Executing and following up on operational processes in coordination with relevant departments (preparing quotations, order tracking, and after-sales processes)
• Monitoring stock levels for products
• Entering customer orders into the ERP system and preparing the necessary reports
• Following up on the delivery note and invoicing processes
• Monitoring market trends, competitors, and industry developments
• Taking prompt action on customer requests to provide the necessary support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in textile chemicals/textile auxiliary chemicals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Experience of using SAP is an advantage
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Valid driver’s license
• Located in the Istanbul region
