Summary of position

Preparing all food products in all kitchen sections and making them ready for in-house service or dispatching to delivery.

Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience, at least 1 year as Chef De Partie
• Understands oral and written instructions in English.
• Handles multiple priorities
• Maintains all international standards of health guidelines for food preparation and safety.
• Ability to perform manual labor
