General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in either infrastructure (roads, bridges, tunnels, drinking water/sewerage, etc.) or superstructure (residential, commercial, industrial facilities, etc.) projects.
• Advanced knowledge in either the design or site execution phases of construction projects.
• Proficiency in English and/or Arabic at a level to effectively manage international business partners and subcontractor networks.
• Advanced user of MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, and/or MS Project.
• Experienced in specifications and contract management.
• Strong skills in team management, subcontractor coordination, and budget/cost control.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment with no restrictions for travel.

Job Description

• Coordinating all design and planning processes, from conceptual design to final projects, for infrastructure and superstructure projects.
• Directing and managing the construction site during the execution phase in strict compliance with the work schedule, budget, quality standards, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
• Managing the information flow, official correspondence, and meetings in English and/or Arabic between foreign investors, consultant companies, and subcontractors.
• Inspecting the compliance of construction works with the project drawings, resolving technical details, and coordinating on-site revision needs with the head office.
• Preparing and submitting monthly progress reports, master schedule updates, and cost analysis reports to the senior management.
• Preparing, controlling and approving subcontractor and supplier progress payments.
