About the Role

YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese investment operating in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center activities.

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist Assistant who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to develop a career in Human Resources within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Description

• Support recruitment processes for white-collar and blue-collar positions, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Manage and update job advertisements on career platforms and support candidate sourcing activities.
• Support recruitment, employee movement, and workforce-related reporting activities.
• Follow up on position changes, promotions, transfers, and related HR documentation.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Support training activities and follow up on mandatory vocational qualification and certification processes.
• Follow up on probation period evaluations and ensure related processes are completed on time.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and related documentation accurately and up to date.
• Support HR projects and daily HR operations when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
