Who Can Apply?

• 3rd or 4th-year university students in relevant fields such as New Media, Journalism, Broadcasting, Cinema & TV, Visual Communication, Advertising, Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, MIS, Law, Accounting, or Computer Engineering
• Available to work at least 3 days per week during the mandatory internship period
• Proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop where applicable)
• Familiar with basic tools relevant to their field of study
• Open to learning, responsible, and strong team players
• Willing to be assigned to departments aligned with their academic background (e.g., HR, Legal, Digital Operations, etc.)
• Able to support department-specific tasks
• Able to assist in reporting, analysis, and documentation processes
• Able to contribute to daily team operations
