Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities,
• More than 3 years of experience in Budget and Consolidation Systems fields,
• Strong knowledge and experience in Systems like SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion Planning, HFM, EPM Cloud etc,
• Excellent interpersonal communication and user support management skills,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Quality decision-making skills,
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take an active part in Rollout projects,
• Understand business processes and facilitate customer’s business needs/requirements gathering to propose a high-level solution,
• Solve incident and change requests,
• Perform analysis, design, implementation, test, maintenance, and documentation

Job Description:

• Analyzing budget planning and consolidation processes and preparing conceptual design documents
• Ensuring the operability of existing budget and consolidation systems, evaluating change requests and errors, monitoring system performances
• Maintaining, updating and developing budget and consolidation reports according to company needs
• Analyzing and resolving incidents and new requests coming through the service desk, keeping their status up to date
• Working and coordinating with suppliers when necessary
• Providing communication between the consultants and the business unit regarding the reporting tools used, being a guide in determining and communicating the needs
• Preparation of technical documents and user documents
• Determination and completion of process tests
• Providing training and user support to users.
