QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION SUMMARY

Position is responsible for ensuring compliance of all M&E activities with MAPP and MoH rules. This includes checking of each detail in each ACM form along with all required MAPP and MoH documentation which must be completed pre and post events; and tracking and reporting of all deficiencies to Management on a monthly basis. The person works closely with M&E Team, GRCC, Compliance and Finance.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

In order of importance, list the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the position. It is recommended not to list actual tasks but focus on essential responsibilities that highlight accountability and level of judgment required.

• Check each detail in completed ACM Forms and ensure all data and documentation are completed on time as per MAPP and MoH requirements

o share findings with form Initiators, provide help for corrections or

o cancel the transaction if any deficiency is noted in compliance with any MAPP or MoH requirement, and inform Initiator

• Report all deficiencies noted during the checking process to Management on a monthly basis

• Work closely with Compliance and GRCC in the creation of MAPP training and reminding materials for colleagues

• Provide assistance for the trainings related to Ariba

• Create, develop and maintain tools that would help manage and track all M&E activities (such as providing sponsorships to HCPs for their attendance at Pfizer hosted or 3rd party organized meetings, consultancy engagements, payments to HCP’s, contract database, external funding to HCOs, third party transactions, preferred vendors list, , etc.).

• Work closely with relevant parties in the organization (especially with Compliance, Finance, GRCC, Legal) in order to ensure compliance with MAPP; provide continuous feedback and support in the development of remediation actions to mitigate risks identified during the control processes

• Assist M&E Team, when necessary, in preparation for the MAPP audit.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Local understanding of the pharmaceutical business.

• Desire to continuously upskill and develop oneself.

• Flexibility, team work and a collaborative mind set are essential


TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Proven analytical and judgmental skills; ability to analyze information and recommend improvements

• Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks within the same timeframe.

• Ability to work flexible hours,

• Good oral and written communication skills in Turkish and English.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and work independently.

• Good command of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Can respond to tight timelines and ability to present and work at all levels of the organization.
