QUALIFICATIONS
- Management/Business Excellence role, preferably in the hotel industry sector
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in Hospitality industry)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other systems that can contribute to human resources process
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable and well organized
- Friendly and approachable
- Comfortable and able to speak in front of groups of people.
- To follow up trends, methods and learning strategies to incorporate into the business.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organizing the interview plan with candidates and referance checks.
- Cv screening and searching from various career portal.
- Carrying out all employment process and leaving process
- Managing trainee process.
- Payroll System to be utilised effective with no discrepancy
- Ensuring the execution of transactions with SGK, İşkur and other official institutions,
- Tracking of hiring update & Vacancies
- Hotel engagement related social activities
- Weekly Attendance pre-reviews (checking working hours discrepencies, lateness reports)
- Ensuring and developing Meyer PDKS control.
- Track and report annual leave and other paid/unpaid leaves.
