Located in the enchanting atmosphere of Tersane İstanbul, Aliée, a luxury lifestyle hotel, is looking for anIRD Waiter to join its Food & Beverage team.

Being an IRD Waiter at Aliée is more than delivering in-room dining orders—it is about creating memorable dining experiences through personalized service, impeccable presentation, and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every guest enjoys the highest standards of luxury hospitality from the comfort of their room.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room dining orders promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all orders are presented accurately and according to hotel standards.
• Provide personalized and attentive service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the IRD service areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in In-Room Dining, Room Service, or Food & Beverage service is preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
