Arçelik is looking for a Senior Specialist Engineer – Industrial Engineering who will work for Dishwasher Machine Product Directorate. 

• Having an active role in production projects using MTM methodology,
• Having an active role and main responsible for material distribution systems for dishwasher plant. Arrange AGV ımplemantation for assembly lines.
• Supporting studies in production tempos and optimum workforce,
• Supporting monthly and yearly capacity planning studies according to demands,
• Working on Production revisions (worker/hour, equipment, shift) according to changing demands,
• Performing studies aiming to increase the capacity and productivity,
• Searcing new production technologies to operations,
• Supporting time etudes for subcontractors.
• Knowledge of simulation program (Arena, Technomatics, etc.)
• Knowledge of drawing program (Autocad etc.) for layout optimization

 The position is located in Ankara. How do we describe the perfect match?

• Studying in Industrial Engineering,
• 3 year experience at Method Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
