Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge in ERP program,
• Must speak English (Min. B2 Level),
• Should be able to use MS Office programs,
• Must be a researcher,
• Must have good human relations,
• Think systematically and be organized,
• Must keep regular records and have good archiving skills.

Job Description:

• To have sufficient knowledge about the warehouse.
• To make the necessary arrangements in the system related to the order.
• To book the sample or productiron orders in ERP Program according to customer demands.
• To ensure that the carpets and labels requested by customers are correctly defined in the system.
• Supporting the production/warehouse departments to ensure that the orders are ready for loading.
• Creating shipment details for orders shipped from Balta Usak location to customers locations.
• Creating invoice details for direct shipments and sharing them with related department.
• Cleaning-up the orderbook, cancelling the balance from old orders.
• Preparing and sharing the daily order book report with the management team.
