We are looking for a Logistics Planning Engineer | Order Management  with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and creative ideas that make a difference to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize truck and container loading layouts for intercompany sales and export shipments,
• Ensure efficient utilization of transportation capacity by considering volume, weight, and product characteristics,
• Manage vehicle and container sourcing processes through freight forwarders in line with export and intercompany shipment plans,
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure on-time, compliant, and cost-effective export transportation,
• Maintain effective communication with supply chain and logistics teams of group and affiliated companies,
• Perform end-to-end follow-up of intercompany and export orders, ensuring alignment with shipment, vehicle availability, and delivery plans,
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, Incoterms, customs, and international transportation requirements,
• Monitor and analyze shipment performance, loading efficiency, export execution, and operational deviations,
• Actively support logistics-related continuous improvement and development projects (Lean, efficiency improvement, cost optimization, etc.),
• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and standardization of logistics, distribution, and export processes,
• Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Planning, Warehouse, Production, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Logistics, or a related field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within logistics, distribution, order management, or export operations,
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in export logistics processes, including documentation and customs procedures,
• Experience in international and intercompany logistics operations,
• Proven experience in working with freight forwarders and managing transportation sourcing processes,
• Proven experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, WCM, etc.),
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize loading, transportation, and logistics processes,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills,
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively,
• Experience with SAP (especially SD/MM or logistics-related modules,
• Knowledge of Incoterms, international trade compliance, and container optimization tools.
