Your Responsibilities

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and holding responsibility in exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as  

/ Supporting the Talent Management & Academy Team

/ Taking active part in full life-cycle learning process (i.e. participating training need meetings, organizing training dates and invitations, sending evaluations to check participants pulse)

/ Following up online learning and e-learning activities

/ Supporting the 360 degree feedback process

/ Supporting recruitment processes; job postings, screening, phone interviews and short list candidates,

/ Becoming a part of HR Team – you will have a chance to learn about HR processes & employee life cycle within the organization

Your Profile

/ 4th year of undergraduate student or enrolling in a post-graduate program

/ Ability to work at least 3 days in a week

/ Good verbal and written English communication skills

/ Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects,

/ Have a passion for continuous learning

/ Analytical and flexible minded, creative and good team player
