JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT

The Graduate Trainee will perform ongoing market analysis by leveraging pricing models and tools. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to work towards optimal pricing decisions by following senior team member's guidance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·    Support market and competitor landscape analytics to deliver market insights to business stakeholders.

·    Perform ongoing analysis and complete pricing models to provide valuable inputs to decision makers to assist the agile response to market competition to gain pricing opportunities.

·    Support pricing process implementation, including facilitating pricing decision meetings and executing pricing models and tools.

·    Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

·    Conduct studies to develop high-level trends, informing marketing and market research.

·    Make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

·    Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

·    Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

·    Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

·    Being a Graduate or Senior/Final Year student from/in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or Management

·    Good communication skills (written and spoken) in English

·    Good organisational and analytical skills

·    Able to work at least 3 days in a week (5 days in a week preferrable)
