Production Manager

On behalf of our business partner located in the European Free Zone, for whom we provide consultancy services, we are looking for an experiencedProduction Manager to lead and manage their production operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Production Management, or other relevant technical disciplines,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years of leadership experience managing production teams,
• Experience in production processes, production planning, and operations management,
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, environmental regulations, fire safety, HACCP, and quality standards,
• Ability to analyze production data and experience working with KPIs and performance indicators,
• Experience in team management, performance evaluation, and employee development,
• Experience in improving production processes and increasing operational efficiency,
• Knowledge of production optimization methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and/or Kaizen,
• Ability to work in close coordination with the Maintenance, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, and Purchasing departments,
• Experience in Free Zone manufacturing operations, logistics processes, customs procedures, and inventory tracking is preferred,
• Knowledge of international regulations regarding the transportation of hazardous materials is preferred,
• Minimum B2 level of English proficiency,
• Strong analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset, and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions in response to changing priorities, capacity constraints, and operational disruptions,
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and support their professional development.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organize, manage, and coordinate all activities of the Production Department,
• Ensure the preparation and timely execution of production plans,
• Monitor production efficiency and lead continuous improvement initiatives,
• Manage a team consisting of shift leaders, operators, and production employees,
• Ensure that production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, and delivery timelines,
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, fire safety, hygiene, quality, and 5S standards,
• Ensure the effective and efficient use of production resources,
• Monitor production continuity and overall operational efficiency,
• Ensure the accuracy of raw material and finished goods inventories and monitor stock levels,
• Analyze production performance, monitor KPI results, and prepare relevant reports,
• Contribute to the preparation of the production budget and monitor budget performance,
• Work in close coordination with the Maintenance, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Planning departments,
• Coordinate with the Free Zone Directorate and Customs authorities regarding material flows, inspections, and facility compliance,
• Conduct performance evaluation processes for team members and support their professional development,
• Lead change management, new technology implementation, and process improvement projects within production operations,
• Report operational results and production performance to senior management.
