WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 1 year experience in a 5 star hotel in similar position,
• Good local and international beverage knowledge,
• Fluency in English,
• Additional language skills is an advantage,
• Building teamwork,
• Good interpersonal skills.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

The Assistant Service Attendant, under the supervision of the Service Attendant/Supervisor/ Restaurant Manager, is responsible for ensuring that guests are served food and beverage according to the standards of the D Maris Bay.

• Providing guest services on the highest level according to the D Maris Bay standards,
• Set-up stations and tables according to set standards,
• Communicate with the guest according to the standards set by the D Maris Bay,
• Attend communication meeting, briefings and training sessions as required by the restaurant manager, training manager and food and beverage director/manager,
• To keep uniform neat and clean and ensure good personal grooming and hygiene in accordance to the standards of the hotel.
