We are looking for Assistant Spa Manager D Maris Bay,

• Preferably university graduated
• Open for development and successful on human relations.
• To have leadership capability.
• Very good knowledge of English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in both written and verbal form
• Trained in RA booking system
• Have 3 years experience working in Spa management.
• No military obligation for male canditates.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

• Assist the Spa Manager with the day to day operations of the Spa.
• Provide exceptional Guest Service to all guests and team members.
• Assist the Spa Manager with hiring all front of house Spa team members.
• Train all front of house team members in all Spa areas.
• Responsible for maintaining all inventory and amenities for locker room and front desk operations.
• Order, stock and maintain all Spa retail inventory.
• Complete accurate inventory each month.
• Provide all necessary spreadsheets for payroll purposes.
• Work with Sales department regarding group bookings.
• Maintain cleanliness of Spa and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all Spa bookings are being booked correctly and according to standards.
• Assist Spa Manager in ensuring all monthly sales goals are being achieved.
• Perform Spa Manager on duty role.
