Dental Health Tourism Sales & Call Center Specialist

About the Role
As a Dental Health Tourism Sales & Call Center Specialist, you will play an active role in managing the patient journey from the very first contact through treatment planning, sales, and arrival coordination.
You will communicate with international patients, provide accurate treatment information, build trust, and help create an outstanding patient experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to patient inquiries received through online channels
Follow up regularly with prospective patients until the sales process is completed
Clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, and pricing
Coordinate patient appointments, accommodation, and transfer processes when necessary
Maintain professional communication before and during the patient’s clinic visit
Build strong patient relationships focused on trust and satisfaction
Work collaboratively with the sales and medical teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Fluent English (mandatory)
Fluent Turkish (mandatory)
Additional languages such as Russian and/or German are highly preferred and may positively affect salary packages
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage patient relationships professionally and responsibly
Preferred Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in:
Health tourism
Dental clinic operations
Medical tourism sales or call center roles
Experience in hotel accommodation and transfer operations is an advantage
Experience in dental-medical tourism is a strong plus
